Del. Richard Anderson Recognized for Efforts to Promote Traffic Safety
Delegate Richard Anderson was recognized 
for his commitment to advancing traffic safety legislation in the Virginia General Assembly. Anderson, who represents the 51st House District in Prince William County, has been a vocal advocate for stronger laws to prevent distracted driving. Traffic safety non-profit DRIVE SMART Virginia presented Delegate Anderson with a Certificate of Appreciation.
